Refund and Returns Policy

At Half Wigs Shop, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery to return your product.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you have received an incorrect item, please contact us promptly so we can resolve the issue and arrange a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, certain items are not returnable if you simply change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable. If you have any questions regarding specific items, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement item once your return is processed.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund process.
